Account Delivery Manager

Basic to 28k ote £42k


An innovative IT/Technology consultancy specialising in the delivery major change & transformation Programmes are recruiting for an experienced delivery Account Manager to play a crucial role in the business’s growth.


Working on one large, exclusive account, this is a great role for a technically minded recruiter who enjoys working closely with key hiring managers and providing great service rather than cold calling for vacancies. You will work as part of a close-knit team providing predominantly permanent technical and sales staff to a key client with UK coverage.

You will manage the process from taking briefs to placing positions and managing the aftercare to ensure a successful placements. You will be given particular roles to focus on and the expectation is you will source candidates from a variety of mediums to ensure the best people are found for the roles.

You will be working to SLA and KPI's given the exclusive nature of the work and should have a solid understanding of sourcing hard to find candidates rather than rely on job boards.


Ideally the person in question will have a demonstrable record in IT or technical sales recruitment and is looking to develop a career in delivery rather than end to end sales. You may be a 360 recruiter looking for more account management or an already successful delivery person after a new challenge. We are looking for people with a demonstrable track record of recruitment, ideally delivery focussed and with a genuine passion for improving the customer experience. A recruitment background in Defence, Financial Services, Project Management or Change management would also be of interest. Career progression into Project and Account Management is on offer for the right person.

You’ll be confident, driven and ambitious, with the ability to grasp a wide range of capabilities in order to hit the ground running.

Package is based on experience and will be somewhere in the £20k-28k bracket with ote likely to add another £8-12k on top depending on success. A competitive benefits package is also on offer.
