Account Creation Coordinator - Role objective

We are looking for a Focused individual to join our Developer Services back office team. The role primarily requires demonstrating excellent customer service skills in responding to enquiries. Effective communication skills are also required to deliver a high quality, professional and efficient service. The role requires the holder to manage inbound and outbound communications with external customers, internal customers and contractors. It will be necessary to update multiple IT systems with accurate information

Account Creation Coordinator - Key accountabilities

In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have:-
  • Excellent communication and listening skills
  • Ability to work well individually and as part of a team, motivating self and others
  • Building good relationships with colleagues and customers
  • Have an eye for detail to ensure accurate information is provided to and taken from customers
  • IT system knowledge and data input capabilities
  • Be able to identify any problems or errors and correct accordingly
  • Positive, enthusiastic, reliable and conscientious
  • Can work under pressure to achieve individual and team targets 
Account Creation Coordinator - Experience

In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have:-
  • Knowledge of Developer Services & the New Connections Process is desirable
  • A working knowledge of our contractor Amey and the role they play in Developer Services is also necessary
  • It will also be beneficial to understand the challenges Developer Services has faced and also the successes
  • Knowledge of Account Creation team and internal targets

Capabilities
  • Experienced in using Multiple IT systems Including Target & SAP
  • A working knowledge of our contractor AMEY
  • Ability to deal with incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone and emails in an efficient and professional manner
  • Billing and Tariff knowledge is advantageous 

Qualifications

In order to succeed in this role it is expected that you will have:-
  • Minimum Grade A-C GCSE in English and Maths or equivalent

Additional Information:-
  • The role of Account Creation Coordinator is a temporary contract to start as soon as possible until the 31 May 2018
  • The hourly rate on this role is £9.36 per hour
