Account Coordinator - Part Time

Assist Resourcing are part of the fastest growing group of recruitment companies in the UK, specialising in the high volume and on-site recruitment market. We are delighted to announce an exciting opportunity to join our team as a part time Account Coordinator at the fast paced site of our client, a dessert specialist based in Taunton.

The ideal candidate will be a professional, team player with strong communication skills. They will have excellent organizational and problem-solving skills and the ability to work on their own initiative.

Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel are also essential, as is the willingness to learn new IT systems. Experience within the recruitment and sales industry would be beneficial however this is not essential as full training will be provided. Travel between local Assist Resourcing branches is expected so a full driving licence and own vehicle is essential.

Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Recruitment - Interviewing and Inducting candidates.
  • Processing hours for payroll
  • Planning and booking flex workers shift patterns
  • Building and maintaining client relationships

Interviews for this role will be held week commencing 2nd October, with a view to start work immediately.
