Our client is looking for an Account Coordinator to join them on a Temporary to Permanent basis, the purpose of the role is to be onsite liaison between the Customer and the Operation (Planning, Transport, Admin etc). Predominant responsibility will be for the UK Operations also assisting in resolving online customer queries regarding home deliveries & general admin support.
Good Computer Skills especially with Excel / Microsoft Office / quick to learn in house systems.
Good communication skills as the team act as a middle point between Operations and Customer.
Work well under pressure, and are confident to discuss issues directly with the customer.
