Whenever a new request comes in from a client, you’ll be there to deal with it. That involves working closely with colleagues, as well as other contacts, for example the media and outsourced partners. Deadlines are tight, but you’ll thrive on all the pressure. Capable and proactive, you’ll tackle each task with energy, within timeframes and without errors.

Good organisation is only the start. You also need to be a natural at customer service. You’ll keep everyone in the loop and build relationships far and wide, all while keeping margins in mind. An eye for detail will help, but it’s your get-up-and-go that counts. With like-minded colleagues around you, you’ll have fantastic support. And once you’ve found your feet?
