Job title: Accounts Coordinator

Salary: £19,000 plus individual bonus earning potential of up to £100 per period and also up to £150 per quarter in team related bonus Base location: Raynes Park, London SW20

Contract: Full Time and Permanent

Hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am - 5pm plus one day a week of 9.30am - 6pm with a 1 hour lunch break What is this role?

This role will be working in one of Reed Specialist Recruitment’s head offices based in Raynes Park in London. The Accounts Coordinator will maintain the Client Account Database master records. Conducting credit checks with potential new and existing clients, opening new accounts & updating existing accounts. You will be the vital link between the branch network of Recruitment Consultants and our prospective new Clients. This role will involve a lot of phone and email communication.

Who would make a good Accounts Coordinator?

We are looking for a confident individual with good experience in customer service and administration. You will need to be comfortable with computer packages such as Microsoft Excel and Word and be willing to learn new systems. Someone with a good eye for details would suit this role.
