Cater Allen is a private bank which is part of the Santander Group. In Cater Allen we provide a bespoke service to our customers by administering customer accounts in accordance with the agreed procedures for the bank.
This role is to work within the Cater Allen Account Changes team providing administration for a number of back office administration tasks. All tasks must be completed accurately & efficiently to meet the departmental service levels, attention to detail is paramount.
The right candidate will be customer focused with strong communication skills both written and verbal. You will be a stickler for detail and be able to produce high quality work within a regulated, target driven environment. In return for your expertise you will receive a salary of £16000 per year and a suite of benefits you'd expect for one of Europes' largest employers.
