We're delighted to be working with one of our continuously growing broking firms in Bristol.
Their existing team are highly focused on client service and through consistent delivery of exceptional client service they've expanded consistently over the last few years and are now accelerating this.
You'll be working in a team of c10 Account Handlers looking after a variety of professional risks.
With cases up to £1,500 premium being dealt with on a cradle to grave basis and working in tandem with an Account Executive or Senior Broker on larger cases
Managing competing deadlines for clients ensuring high levels of client service are delivered throughout the process (New Business, Renewal, MTA's etc.)
Assisting clients with general enquiries
Pro-actively cross-selling other products that are relevant and that will add value to clients
Assist directors and other departments (Claims, Marketing, Finance) as required.
Ideally you'll have a 18-24 months experience within an Account Handling / Broking role and be looking for a company where you can progress and build a career
You should have a solid grounding in Commercial Insurance products including Property, Motor, Packages and ideally Professional Risks
Your skill set should include sound communication (both written and verbal), negotiation, sales, client and stakeholder management and IT skills.
