We are looking for a naturally self-motivated individual with a passion for sales through service.
If you thrive in delivering an excellent, first class customer experience with the natural ability to close a sale, this is the role for you!
You will be responsible for building a relaxed yet professional rapport with clients, offering a consultative service - ensuring the best customer experience is delivered in each and every call.
Key duties include
- Managing inbound calls
- Understanding clients needs and advising on the best products and services to suit their needs
- Respond to client email enquiries
- Conducting showroom visits
- Dealing with all administration duties
- Offering a bespoke account management service until the products are delivered
We are looking for someone with experience of delivering a high level of service, with the ability to naturally build a rapport with customer. There’s no outbound hard sales! You will demonstrate natural problem solving skills, have an excellent telephone manner and have a positive upbeat outlook
