Our client is a leading Vehicle Management Business in Leeds. The company is looking to expand its current department to meet business demands and as a consequence is looking to strengthen its team.
The Account Administrator position is varied and requires customer service and initiative.
The business has now moved to brand new offices in a highly sought after location on the outskirts of Leeds.
Working within a team of people dealing with day to day contact with clients regarding general queries, quotations and orders. Ensuring accuracy of data, compliance to operating procedures, preparation and completion of follow up actions of client reviews, keeping up to date on outstanding schedules, adhering to KPI and customer satisfaction levels, and ensuring contractual obligations.
The successful candidate will have:
- Excellent Administration and Customer Service - essential
- Attention to details - essential
- Basic to intermediate Excel skills - essential
- Good spelling and Grammar - essential
Excellent salary on offer £19,340 + 1.4k bonus (individual and company performance (50:50), on site car parking, pension, childcare vouchers, cycle to work scheme, lift share option. 23 days holiday plus statutory holidays.
