Manage lower profile accounts (accounts with less activity, lesser dollar amount). Full knowledge of multiple systems (may include ASP Systems, Swift Interface Systems, GSP Systems, etc.) Familiar with the full range of products that Bank of New York Mellon services, including inquiries, corporate actions, day-to-day balancing. Familiarity with required documentation. Familiarity with client s needs and issues. Review billing. Research and resolve customer inquiries; Ensure client queries are resolved in a timely manner. Qualifications

Must have DTC, Fed and US Treasury settlements knowledge/clearance. Knowledge of bank systems and products/services.

Minimum and Preferred Education: College degree preferred.

Minimum and Preferred Experience: Several years with DTC experience; Good communication and interpersonal skills; cultural sensitivity in dealing with foreign clients.
