Varied and interesting role providing day to day customer service support to corporate clients via email and phone. Minimum supervision, working part of a small team requiring 2-3 years customer service/admin experience in FMCG, consumables or wholesale distribution sectors.
You will be assisting customers with order enquiries, order processing, and helping them navigate around the company website, in addition to reviewing and expediting orders and back orders plus liaising with suppliers and end customers.
Additional duties as required include digital marketing support by updating product images and loading on to website catalogue.
