Our client, a leading international Investment Bank, has experienced unprecedented growth over the last few months, and after doubling their number of Bankers, they are now seeking to expand their support team. This role will be suitable for proactive, resilient, and capable PAs and EAs, you will be an excellent communicator, able to think outside of the box to add value, able work at pace and juggle multiple demands, as well as possessing a positive, can-do attitude. You will be involved with supporting a team of Bankers at different levels, with proactive and ever-changing diary management, travel bookings, logistics, expenses, and more. The ideal candidate will come from an investment, financial services or professional services background, and have around 5 years’ experience supporting at a similar level. Any knowledge of Concur and Salesforce will be a bonus, however full training will be provided.
