Accident and Health Broker
Salary: Very open depending on the candidate with an indicator of £35,000-£55,000
A HNW Insurance Broking firm with a fantastic reputation and client book covering Property, Private Vehicle, Yacht, Jewellery and Fine Art.
They are looking to grow their business and have sighted an area of opportunity due to the amount of Accident and Health leads they are passing on to be sub-broked.
This role is essentially a blank slate. The business can offer you a huge network and book of business within the HNW space and they are currently passing on the Accident and Health Leads to be sub-broked and commissions to be shared.
They are looking for a hungry and motivated A&H professional to set up agencies with insurers and develop their products in which they can sell.
This is a huge opportunity to create your own role and build something from scratch and as a result the department and role has huge scope for progression.
What’s needed for me to be considered?
- You will need to have excellent Accident and Health Insurance Knowledge from an insurer, Broker or Financial Services background
- You will need to have a good knowledge of the market place and the ability to set up agencies with insurers
- Ideally you will have good sales experience and be able to cross sell to the existing book of business and generate your own prospects
