We are seeking to appoint experienced Teaching Assistants to train as ABA/VB Tutors. You must be enthusiastic about improving the lives of pupil’s with Autism and their families and be committed to learning and developing your own skills and abilities.

At Snowflake School we believe in building a diverse and inclusive culture where our employees can make a real impact on our families. We offer everyone very strong values and purpose, strong leadership, and a place where everyone feels like they are at home.

We have two sites, one in Earl's Court (primary school) and the other near Acton Town (secondary school).

We are expanding our team in order to continue our high-quality provision of 1:1 tuition for each pupil. We are looking for passionate, dedicated, and engaging professionals. Just as no two snowflakes are identical, all pupils that attend Snowflake School are unique and amazing individuals who have an abundance of skills and potential.

We strongly believe happy employees are successful employees. We can help you to be the best you that you can be, or always wanted to be. Many of our ABA VB Tutors go on to careers in teaching, Educational Psychology, or continuing their ABA VB journey by gaining the BCBA certification, and we offer multiple opportunities for our staff to progress to leadership roles, when appropriate.
