Our client based in Warwick seeks an experienced Administrator preferably with a HR background.

Fulltime hours Monday to Friday 08.30 - 17.00 approximately 3-4 weeks

"Process ID badges - pick up requests from our in-house system, ensuring that photos and all details are correct. Print off badges and assemble them, sending them on to the line managers responsible.
"Scanning of Employee and Sub-contractor records and then filing the documents electronically
"Update organisation charts - checking details with line managers
"Check and update data on HR IS
"Collate employee terms and conditions data from Personnel files, payroll and other internal sources to be uploaded to the Personnel System.
"Hard copy filing.
"Organising the files and admin systems within the HR office.
