Job Title: Recruitment Assistant
Salary: Band 3 £17,000 - £20,200 per annum
Location: Hemel Hempstead (Breakspear Park)
Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Simply, we provide more than 100,000 healthcare professionals including; nurses, doctors, midwives, allied health professionals and administrative staff to work shifts via our bank at our NHS Client Trusts across the UK.
An exciting opportunity has arisen to work as part of the Recruitment & Placement Team based in Hemel. This role is primarily to support our consultants with the recruitment of workers based in the Trusts. You will be involved in managing the Recruitment aspect, placing adverts, sourcing from job boards, screening applications, updating social media and proving excellent customer service to our clients, NHS Trusts and candidates.
In addition, you will also be responsible for reviewing and assigning emails via our service desk portal to the appropriate consultant for them to action and entering information on to the relevant databases.
With a strong desire to succeed in a demanding and fast-paced environment, the following skills will be required:
- Excellent interpersonal skills (both written and verbal)
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
- Excellent attention to detail
- Database and IT Savvy
- The desire to deliver a first-class recruitment service
- Must be willing to learn and expand comfort zones
- Reliable and punctual with friendly personality
- Clear communicator, excellent telephone manner and listening skills
- A team player
