We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join our team. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of young people who have faced challenges in traditional school settings.

About the Role:

• Supporting the teacher in managing pupil behaviour, reporting difficulties as appropriate.
• Being responsible for maintaining knowledge of pupil's behaviour programmes.
• Gathering/reporting information from/to parents/carers as directed.
• Encouraging pupils to act independently as appropriate.

About You:

• You have a passion for working with young people with social, emotional, and mental health difficulties.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• You are patient, resilient, and able to manage challenging behaviour.
• You are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
