999 Emergency Call Taker

My client is looking for a 999 Emergency Call Taker to join their team based in Otterbourne

We are looking for people with:
* Confident telephone manor
* Clear and well spoken English
* Strong communication skills both verbal & written
* Must pay attention to detail
* Able to remain calm under pressure
* Experience of working in a customer focused environment
* Experience of inputting data on to a computer system while on the phone
* Able to read maps, and be familiar with the area
* Full training will be provided

Please note you may be required to work shifts if needed.
We are looking for people to join the team in early June.
