999, Clinical Advisor, Bicester
Hays Healthcare require Pathways Trained Clinical Advisors for an NHS 999 centre in Bicester.
As a clinical advisor you will be the first point of contact for patients, their relatives, healthcare professionals and other callers. Using NHS Pathways assessment software, you will review symptom based and health information enquiries, provide basic advice and health information, and assess urgency and priority.
Interviews and registration with Hays are available immediately for suitable candidates.
To be considered for this role you must:
- Be Pathways Trained (Version 16/ 17).
- Have current or recent experience using Pathways software.
- Be a Registered Nurse or Paramedic with a valid NMC or HCPC pin.
Shifts will typically be 10-12 hours long and will include days, nights, and weekends. Rates from £28.00 - £56.00 per hour.
