Are you an experienced Purchase Ledger/Accounts Payable Clerk who likes a challenge? Are you immediately available? Are you happy to commit to a six-month full time, fixed term contract?

You will join this friendly finance team whilst they go through a planned process of changing their systems. You like a laugh and will bring your own burst of energy to the office.

If you want flexibility to work from home then this contract is not for you, unfortunately their systems won't allow home working!

You'll be comfortable liaising with vendors and communicating to resolve statement queries, for example missing invoices or proformas, payment allocations and aged invoices. You will process the invoices and be involved in statement reconciliation. Due to the nature of the company some clients require a quick turnaround with their orders and invoices.
