6 Inbound Customer Service Advisers - £ 21,000 - Excellent Benefits Package

Based on growth, our client based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to recruit 6 Inbound Customer Service Advisers to join their existing team.

These roles are based on growth within the company and offer an excellent training programme.

This company offers a fantastic starting salary of £ 21,039 for working a 35 hour week plus an excellent benefits package including 29 days holiday per year plus Bank Holidays! There is also subsidised parking.

These roles will be starting in May 2018.

This role offers lots of progression into a senior role after 12 - 18 months which has an increase of salary to £ 29,000.

Duties to include:

  • Handling incoming calls regarding queries
  • Identifying client needs and advising on various solutions
  • Accurately inputting information onto the in house database
  • Liaising professionally with internal and external clients

Key Skills:

  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills - both oral and written
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Excellent attention to detail

Hours of Work:

Full Time - 35 hours per week - Monday to Friday
