6 Business Development Manager's - Modular Housing is required by our client across the UK.

They are looking for applicants with proven sales experience within Modular Housing or Modular Buildings, alternatively they will consider applicants who have strong sales experience in other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Framed Buildings, Light Gauge Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods, they may also look at applicants with experience of selling Main Contracting Services or lastly they will be happy to speak with applicants with a Housebuilding background across the UK.
As a Business Development Manager - Modular Housing, you will be responsible for growing sales and turnover and you will be responsible for your own individual sales target. You will be judged and measured on projects won, the pipeline that you build, the relationships you develop with clients and the knowledge you develop of delivering the whole package and your fit within both the team as well as the business overall.
The business predominantly sells to the Health, Retail and Education sectors so experience of working within these markets would be advantageous.
This role offers excellent and diverse opportunities for Career Progression into more senior management positions in both the company and the wider group for the successful applicant so you will be a very ambitious and forward thinking individual.
You will possess a Proven Track record of Sales in Modular Housing or Modular Buildings, other forms of Off-Site Construction such as Timber Framed Buildings, Light Gauge Steel Framed Buildings or Bathroom Pods, Main Contracting Services or Housebuilding across the UK.

They look for applicants who have good market experience, strong MMC and construction regulations experience who are well organised.
