6-2 production operative

Manpower are currently recruiting for production operatives in the Grimsby area.

For the right candidates this position will become permanent after 10 weeks.

The role will involve working 5 days a week, 6am - 2pm shifts.

As Part of the position, you will be working on different production lines, such as coating, IQF or grader. The majority of lines consist of;

• Packing finished product into boxes

• Feeding raw material onto the line

• separating the product on the line

• making boxes using hand held taper

You will be paid £10.42 for your 10 week probation period and will then be offered a permanent role at a rate of ££10.42 per hour. You will work a 40 hour week with one 30 minute paid break each day. 28 days holiday including bank holidays. Free on site parking.

The ideal candidate will be confident with working as part of a team, and capable of independent work. they Will also have basic numerical skills, basic English language skills, good punctuality, and an awareness for Health and Safety.
