Your new company

They supple software solutions to connect commissioners directly to pharmacies to enhance their services and genuinely make people's lives better and easier. They hold strong moral values and really want to make the world a better place. They have a relaxed attitude to remote working and see the value in developers working at home, however they would ideally like someone to come into the office once or twice a week/fortnight to be able to go over work requirements.
Your new role
To design, develop and support class leading web based programmes and applications to innovate improvements in health and social care. You will manage individual project priorities, deadlines and deliverables. You will be given freedom to research new technologies to solve problems and keep moving the company forward. You should be expected to communicate with technical and nontechnical customer staff when necessary, to ensure effective specification, design implementation and support.
What you'll need to succeed
Experience in MySQL, MariaDB, MongoDB, Key Value Stores and also working in a Unix/Linux environment is also desirable.
Bonus points for someone with writing and using unit tests experience, Unix network programming experience and Docker / Linx containers experience.
