3rd Line Systems Administrator | £28,000 - £34,000 | Glasgow

Your new company

A large public sector organisation in Glasgow is looking to add a 3rd Line Systems Administrator to their team.

Your new role

You will be responsible for providing support to Active Directory, Build creation and management, patching and software packaging and deployment. You will respond to incidents and requests allocated to the team. You will work with project teams to implement new or improved services within the end user computing space.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Educated to HNC or SCQF Level 6 in an IT related subject or have comparable work experience in an IT environment
  • ITIL Foundation

Knowledge and Skills: Essential Criteria:

  • Knowledge and experience in End User Computing environment support
    • Build creation and management
    • End user device patching
    • Active Directory
    • Software packaging and deployment
  • Knowledge and experience of SCCM
  • Knowledge and experience of Microsoft Server
