3rd Line Support Engineer – My client is looking for a 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their customer support function.
The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be managing incidents elevated from the 2nd Line Support.
The 3rd Line Support Engineer will be highly experienced in providing this level of support across a wide selection of technologies.
The 3rd Line Support Engineer – will have the majority of the below skills:
Active Directory Group Policy
Exchange 2007 to 2017
Switching Routing across VLANS, firewalls VPNS and Cisco IOS.
Citrix XenApp – Netscaler
Windows Server 2008 – 2016
The Encryption of Anti-Virus software such as Windows Deployment Centre – Norton – Sophos – Bitlocker.
Any experience of SQL queries would be beneficial.
The 3rd Line Support Engineer role will be for an initial period of 3 months.
