3rd Line Support Engineer
Due to continued growth our client is recruiting for an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join their helpdesk team. This is a challenging role for a leading and well established Managed Services Provider inclusive of support, project implementations and technical services to our client's customer base using industry leading tools.
The role will include helpdesk support and implementations at customer sites. The successful candidate will have demonstrable experience of project management, large project implementations and be at least MCSA qualified. As this will be a customer facing role good communication skills and the ability to deal with people at all levels is required.

- Office 365
- Cloud Hosted Server and Desktop
- VMWare Technologies
- Storage Area Networking
- Clustered Server Environments
- Layer 3 Networking
- Veeam Backup & Replication Technologies
- Datto Backup & Disaster Recovery
- VOIP based telephony
- HPE network infrastructure equipment desirable
- Security technologies including advanced firewall and anti-virus
Salary: Negotiable Dependent on Experience
Experience: 5 years +
Location: This role will be commutable from Cardiff, Newport, Swansea, Rhondda, Merthyr, Bridgend & Port Talbot.
