Becoming a 3rd Line Support Engineer with Capita ITand Networking
A great opportunity for an experienced, versatile SC Cleared 3rd Line Support Engineer to work on a 3 month contract based in Whitehaven or Warrington.
What you will do:
Providing 3rd line Infrastructure support for Capita OneDesk and associated services
Responding to calls placed via a variety of media
Ensuring assigned incidents are accurately updated, that sufficient information is recorded in the relevant incident logging software, for both work undertaken and resolution.
Ensuring that all cases owned are resolved in accordance to the agreed Service Level Agreement (SLA)
Deliver outstanding customer service standards by answering all calls promptly, remaining courteous and professional at all times
To contribute to overall achievements of required Service Level by maintaining agreed personal targets. Assist in ensuring SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) are met
Your experience will include:
Excellent Microsoft System Centre Products (SCCM) experience
Current SC Clearance is essential to this role
Strong Microsoft Exchange experience
Extensive Microsoft Windows Server 2003/2008 and VMWARE experience
Windows 7 Managed Desktop Environment experience
- Microsoft Active Directory experience
Microsoft Lync experience
