3rd Line Support Analyst | up to £35,000 (DoE) | Birmingham

I am working with an amazing business that is on a tremendous path of growth (Cliché but it's true)! They are looking for a 3rd Line Support Analyst to join their team. You will be responsible for maintaining all IT systems, ensuring minimal disruption and supporting the implementation for any required fixes

To be considered for the role of 3rd Line Support Analyst, you will need to have the following skills and experience:

• Microsoft Active Directory, DNS, DFS, DHCP and Group Policy

• Windows Server 2008, 2012

• TCP/IP including basic switch configuration, network patching, understanding of VLANs, routing and troubleshooting

• Firewall technology

• Wireless networking

• Virtualisation (VMWare)

• IP Telephone Systems

• Excellent experience of providing 2nd line support

• Excellent communication and customer care skills

The successful 3rd Line Support Analyst will be offer a salary of up to £35,000 plus company benefits!

This is a role that will suit a 3rd Line Support Analyst that will enjoy working and having responsibility for IT support while using their expert skills and knowledge to benefit the organisation on their Digital Strategy.
