An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a dynamic 3rd Line IT Support Engineer with strong MS Exchange skills to join a market leading global business based in Kingston Upon Thames.
Working within a wider IT team of 15 you will support, maintain and implement virtualisation, server, back up and storage systems. You will be involved in a range of technical projects that will be centred around Microsoft Windows Server 2008-16 and clustering, as well as Exchange 2010/2013/2016. You will have a proven background in troubleshooting these technologies in a 3rd line capacity; setting up servers, troubleshooting issues, managing performance issues etc. Please note - these are on site servers (not cloud based).
Key responsibilities will include:
Providing an escalation point and acting as the Exchange Specialist within the business
Server application maintenance, installation and support; MS Exchange - the business are about to undergo an upgrade from Exchange 2010 to 2016
Provide support for all infrastructure worldwide
The ideal candidate will have solid 3rd line experience and will have had exposure to Microsoft Server Cluster management. You will possess excellent troubleshooting skills and will communicate easily with all users and stakeholders globally. Any additional MCP, MCSA or MCSE qualifications would be deemed advantageous, although not essential.

The salary on offer for this role is £45,000-£50,000 plus benefits.
