DK Recruitment are seeking a 3rd Line Engineer Engineer on behalf of our client based outside of Cardiff. This is an exciting opportunity to work for a growing Managed Service Provider. As part of a dynamic and highly skilled team you will be working on the forefront of technology enabling businesses to consistency benefit from their IT.

Duties

  • Acting as a technical escalation point to the IT service desk
  • Working closely with the infrastructure team on projects
  • Audit and document client infrastructure

  • Microsoft Remote Desktop Services
  • Veritas (Symantec) Backup Exec
  • Network Support
  • HPE/Dell SANs
  • Server Hardware & Switches
  • Office 365 & Azure
  • PowerShell
  • Windows Server

Location: Cardiff/Hybrid working

Salary: Up to £45,000

Must have Full UK driving licence

MSP experience is essential for this role
