An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dynamic, energetic and driven 3rd Line Engineer looking to further expand their technical knowledge and learn new skills. The role will involve working on the Service Desk dealing with mainly 2nd to 3rd line tasks working alongside our highly experienced team of engineers, providing IT support to Priority One’s expanding client base. There will also be opportunity to gain additional qualifications/certifications for those looking for long-term career progression.
Reporting to: Operations Manager
Working hours: A shift rota of either 8am-5pm, 9am-6pm, 9:30am-6:30pm
Location: Head Office, 58 Southwark Bridge Road, London, SE1 0AS
Working on the Helpdesk dealing with 2nd to 3rd line issues
Conduct routine maintenance tasks for existing systems
Covering on-call support duties on rotation
Minimum of four years’ experience in a commercial IT support role
2nd/3rd line support experience in a 50+ environment
Outsourced IT support experience advantageous
Windows 7,8 and 10
Advanced Active Directory 2012-2016
Advanced Windows 2012-2016
Advanced Exchange 2013-2016
Basic VMware ESXi
Minimum level of Microsoft Certified Professional
Other industry certifications advantageous
Confident telephone manner
Able to demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills
Exceptional customer service and handling ability
Organised and resourceful with excellent time management
Strong emphasis on accuracy and attention to detail
