Westpoint Rec2Rec is currently working with one of the leading Pharma and Scientific Recruitment Agencies in the UK.
Offering a niche, specialist service to clients across the Europe for Supply Chain, Quality & Manufacturing, Scientific and Research Areas. The role is to work within supply chain and procurement within the Pharma Industry. Based in Manchester a Recruitment Consultant will work a warm 360 desk.
Maintaining relationships with current clients and sourcing candidates for vacancies already established within the company such as Procurement Category Manager and Demand Planning Lead. The role is to also business develop to build and grow the desk, making the desk your own. To be successful in the role you should have skills in sourcing candidates outside of job boards and advertising.

Associate Consultant - Senior Associate - Recruitment Consultant - Senior Recruitment Consultant - Principal Consultant - Managing Consultant.
Each of these levels have salary and commission increases.
- £20,000 - £30,000 basic salary
- Uncapped Commission + Monthly Bonus + Quarterly Bonus + Annual Bonus + Team Targets
- Individual and team targets based on behavioural attributes and billings
- Private Health Care
- Pension with 5% contribution
- 2 Duvet days per yea
- Buy and sell holidays
- No KPI's
- Support and encouraging team to work for
Experience needed for the role:
- 12 months plus working in Recruitment - any sector
- Desire to work in a 360 position
- Ability to source niche, specialised candidates outside of jobs boards
