Premier Work Support are currently recruiting for a 3.5 Tonne Van Driver driving a transit van for multi-drop deliveries and pick up for a well known and established company based in Rainham, Essex.

This is a temporary position however there may be an opportunity for permanent employment for the right candidate after a qualifying period.

Duties will include not only driving but warehouse work, with delivery and pick up in and around the M25 and Essex. You will be responsible for the stock and ensuring it is delivered in a safe and friendly manner and must be prepared to work in the warehouse when deliveries/pick ups are complete.

You will be required to process the relevant paperwork and ensure it is passed on to the correct area along with adhering to all health and safety procedures. As well as driving, you must also be prepared to work in the warehouse when pick up/delivery is quiet.

You should have a positive attitude and a full UK Driving Licence, with no more than 3 points for insurance purposes. Due to the nature of the business, a DBS will be carried out after 2/3 weeks.

Having own transport is advantageous due to the location of the client.

Working hours are 7:00am to 4:30pm, Monday to Friday with overtime available although those hours may change depending on the business needs.
