2x Import Customer Service Trainees

2x Import Customer Service Trainees required to join established forwarder

Successful candidate is not required to have any experience as full training will be provided however candidates with some Airfreight Import knowledge would be beneficial.

Candidate will be trained on:

  • Loading of shipments/raising files
  • Shipment tracking
  • Copying/scanning documents
  • Sorting/distributing documents internally and/or to clients
  • Basic accounting duties
  • Filing

Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:30 however flexibility is required as Saturdays/Sundays/Bank Holidays could be required on a rota basis and sometimes extra hours are needed weekdays as well.

Salary is between £14,000 - £16,000 depending on candidates previous office experience.

Salary for candidates with some knowledge would be up to £18,000.
