2PQE Employment Solicitor - Leeds/Remote/Hybrid

If you're a qualified employment solicitor looking for an organisation that does things differently and has a refreshing approach to work, my client could have just the opportunity you are looking for.

My client is a boutique employment law firm based in Leeds who have an exciting opening for employment lawyers with 2 years or more post-qualification experience. A big focus for my client is business development and candidate attraction and any candidates wishing to apply for this opportunity will need to be prepared to get involved in various marketing initiatives with the aim of attracting new clients and further growing the reach of the firm.

Along with typical employment tribunal work, my client is regularly involved in special bespoke employment and HR projects and so can offer a wide variety of experience to the successful candidate.

With a generous offering when it comes to flexible and hybrid/remote working, my client offers an attractive alternative to more mainstream legal practices and gives its employees the flexibility to work in a way that works just as well for them as it does for the business.
