I have a leading Digital Agency in Northampton Developing Bespoke Web Applications for Enterprise Businesses and we are currently looking for a Product Support / Support Consultant (1st / 2nd Line) to join the team. This is a great opportunity for candidates with 1-2 yrs of supporting a software Application or Product to join an exciting bespoke digital Agency with a superb working culture in Northampton.

As a Support consultant you will be working in a 1st / 2nd Line Support role, ideally supporting a SAAS based solution. You'll be strong on supporting a Windows Infrastructure (Exchange AD etc) ideally coupled with SQL Server and IIS.
