2nd Line Support Engineer - Technical Support - Windows Server, VMware - Active Directory, Exchange, Networking, TCP/IP - £25,000 - £27,000 - I am looking for an enthusiastic 2nd Line Support Engineer/ IT Support Engineer/ Technical Support Engineer. The ideal candidate will be able to work under pressure, have excellent communication skills and telephone manner. They must have the ability to use initiative and work as part of a team to achieve results.
The role is focused upon day to day delivery of technical support which needs to be completed in an effective manner with attention to detail and accuracy. The nature of our business requires a high level of technical knowledge, flexibility, common sense and initiative.
