Your new role
You will join the infrastructure team in this 2nd line support job in Basildon. You will be responsible for efficiently answering help desk tickets and responding with either Remote Access or desktop support. You will also be involved with LAN and WAN support.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will have experience in supporting Windows 7, 8 and 10. You will also have practical knowledge supporting Windows Server 2008 and 2012 along with experience in an ITIL environment. You will be forward thinking and competent in carrying out tasks independently.
