Wembley - £20,000
I have an excellent opportunity for an experienced 2nd line support technician to join a market leading company. Working as part of a dedicated team out of the Wembley site. Supporting production LAN/WAN. You will be responsible for call management, workstation and system administration, incident and problem management, documentation and escalation.
The ideal candidate will have:
·Good knowledge of Workstation and peripheral system maintenance
·Incident, Problem and Change Management
·Experience with Remote Access tools
Applicants must be able to pass background screening and referencing checks.
You will receive a salary of £20,000.
