2nd Line Support - CISCO - HP/DELL Laptops - Windows etc - MS Certified - to £40k pa - Essex
Our dynamic IT Support / Manged Services client is looking for an additional IT Systems Engineer to join their expanding team based in Essex.
Your role will be supporting clients throughout the UK and travelling when required to their sites to deliver on-site technical projects and resolve other issues.
The IT Systems Engineer will be required to assist on a busy help desk providing remote support (1st/2rd line) to key clients. You will also be responsible for the delivery of key installations and projects including Microsoft Server, Exchange and Office 365, virtualisation, network design and security solutions.
It is expected that you will have at least 2/3 years experience working as an IT Support Analyst providing 1st & 2nd line support.It is also expected that you will have sound knowledge and experience of routing, Cisco and HP networks as well as excellent experience with MS Server operating systems, Exchange, SQL, VMware, Firewalls, Security and Office 365, Dell and HP Laptops.. It is also expected that you will have good installation experience.
It is essential that you have recent Microsoft Certifications.
