2nd Line Support - EPOS - Milton Keynes
aigo FIND are working with a leading retail technology provider based in Milton Keynes who are currently looking to grow their service desk with experienced 2nd line support analysts.
My client are at the forefront of retail technology and work with some of the UK's most notable retailers with their chosen retail tech.
- Work as part of a busy service desk including 1st/2nd and 3rd Line support
- Take on escalated issues from the service desk and provide sound and professional support at all times
- Manage clients inline with agreed SLA's ensuring clients are supported appropriately
- Log and escalate issues that are unable to be managed inline with SLA's to ensure company policies are followed
