As a 2nd line support engineer you will be assisting 1000+ users via phone calls, emails and in person in order to accurately and actively solve their issues. The perfect 2nd line support technician must realise the importance of immaculate customer service and be able to work with multiple deadlines.
Experience and skills required:
- A minimum of 2 years' experience in an It support position.
- Experience with windows/Mac troubleshooting
- Experience in 1st line support
