My client are looking for an IT Support Engineer who has experience with 2nd line support.
The client is looking for someone to be based in their Oxford site but be willing to drive to their other sites. You must be able to drive and have your own car.
The role will involve providing deskside support to over 50+ end users, the ideal candidate will have experience working in similar sized environment and supporting technology such as:
- Windows Server
- Exchange Server
- Office 365
- Windows Operating Systems
- Active Directory
You will be the first port of call for all Support related queries across the different UK offices, so you'll need to show a flexible and approachable service to all users.
