2nd Line Support Engineer

CloudScope are working alongside a growing technology firm who are looking for a IT support engineer to join their ever-growing team. You will be working on the help desk to solve a range of problems for the customer base.

The Role

  • Escalating other problems to 3rd line
  • Office 365 migrations
  • Server/Network infrastructure migrations
  • Dealing with customer issues

The Candidate

  • Two years working with IT systems in a commercial environment
  • To be a motivated team player
  • A talented problem solver
  • Creative, ambitious and passionate about computers and digital technology
  • 5 GCSEs or equivalent including English Language and Maths


  • 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Company phone with unlimited 4G data

  • Job Type: Full Time
  • Salary: £18,000.00 to £23,000.00 /year
