My very successful & fast growing client (network services, voice services, data services, cloud services, IT services: managed services & professional services) needs you to join their fast expanding managed services team.

For the 2nd Line Support Engineer opportunity you need core Wintel Infrastructure skills & messaging, i.e. Windows, Active Directory / DNS / DHCP, Exchange, etc.

Exposure to ANY of the following skills will make your application particularly attractive: VMware, Hyper-V, Office 365, SCCM / System Centre 2012, Linux, Any online backup technologies, Citrix - XenDesktop, XenApp, XenServer SQL, SCOM, NetScaler or Application Packaging skills.

Soft skills needed for the 2nd Line Windows, Active Directory, Exchange Support Engineer opportunity include:

- Strong customer service ethos

- Worked in IT environments where you have dealt with multiple offices / users / tickets

- Strong / analytical IT problem solving skills, e.g. you can articulate how you approach/progress/solve a technical issue
