This is a role which is ideal for a hands on support analyst to deliver high-quality user and desktop support to approximately 500 users. The role holder is expected to work closely with the support team, colleagues to manage calls in accordance with procedures and SLA, and where necessary escalate and liaise with colleagues.
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role you will need to be working in a Mac OS X environment, have a working knowledge of Outlook, Office and Creative Suite, also posses the ability to quickly learn and support new systems/technologies and share knowledge with colleagues.
