2nd Line Application Support Analyst
Up to £35,000 - 40,000 + benefits

My client is a global financial services business operating in 100+ countries and they are looking for a 2nd Line Application Support Analyst to join the team on a permanent basis.


  • Provide 2nd level support to the first line support team, consultants and clients
  • Build relationships internally and externally
  • Configuration and support of software
  • Training to 1st line support team
  • Provide feedback to the development team
  • Sharing of knowledge


  • Previous experience in a support role
  • Software/ Application support experience
  • Server hardware and configuration knowledge
  • Microsoft Windows/ Windows Server
  • Networking knowledge
  • Citrix or Virtual desktop infrastructure

Desirable skills:

  • Linux
  • Excel, VBA
  • PowerShell
  • MCSE certification
  • Cloud based technologies - AWS/ Azure
  • ITIL qualification
