2nd Line Support Analyst; MSP; 30k; London

2nd Line Support Analyst required by a market leading IT Support Service Company in Central London paying 30k pa. As the 2nd Line Support Analyst you will be required to provide 2nd line help desk support in a team of 6 supporting 75 clients and up to 500 users per client in a wide range of areas that delivers user satisfaction and client retention.

·Logging and Managing Client Calls
·Delivering Technical Fixes
·Carrying out Client Contact
·Building and developing relationships with the client
·Building and developing relationships within the company
·Self development

Technical / Commercial Skills
·Commercial experience in 2nd line support
·3 MCP Certifications (preferred)
·Intermediate server admin / troubleshooting
·Intermediate Microsoft Exchange administration
·Intermediate firewall troubleshooting
·Basic Virtualization troubleshooting
·Basic Hyper V troubleshooting
·Intermediate 365 Administration and troubleshooting
·Set up and manage AV products
·Terminal server / RDS set up and support
·Networking knowledge
·Knowledge of CRM / Helpdesk system
·Communication Skills
·Time Management
